John Nordman is the founder of HTS Academy and Hard Target Solutions (HTS). With nearly three decades of experience in public safety, military, law enforcement, emergency preparedness, and healthcare, John has trained first responders, government agencies, educators, and private organizations both in the United States and internationally As a Registered Nurse specializing in critical care and an experienced emergency preparedness instructor, John combines real-world operational experience with practical, easy-to-understand instruction. His goal is to provide training that is engaging, realistic, and immediately applicable—giving students the confidence and skills to respond effectively when emergencies occur.
